Upon arrival at Panama International Airport, you’ll be greeted by our local team for a scenic 30-minute drive to the historic heart of Panama City – Casco Viejo. 

Check in at our welcoming, family-owned hotel, a place that blends comfort with authentic Panamanian character. Take a moment to unwind and explore the vibrant surroundings.

At 7:00 PM, the group will come together for our Welcome Dinner at a carefully chosen local restaurant. This first evening offers a delightful introduction to Panamanian cuisine and a chance to meet your fellow travelers.

Visit Monkey Island

Start your day with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before we set out on an unforgettable adventure. This morning, we’ll journey to Monkey Island, where you’ll have the chance to ethically interact with monkeys and immerse yourself in the lush beauty surrounding the Panama Canal.

Next, we’ll visit a local Panama City indigenous community, where the women will share their traditions, art, and insights into their deep connection with the land. This rare cultural exchange is a meaningful highlight of our trip.

A delicious late lunch is included as part of this day’s experience, offering a taste of local flavors. We’ll return to the hotel in the late afternoon, giving you the evening free to explore Casco Viejo’s vibrant charm or simply relax and reflect on today’s incredible encounters.

Explore Panama City

After breakfast, today is all about your choice of exploration! We’ve arranged two incredible options to tailor your experience to your interests:

  1. Beach Day Excursion – Soak up the sun with a curated beach day, offering stunning aerial views of the Panama Canal and a chance to snorkel in clear waters. This optional excursion is available for an additional cost of $225.

  2. Full City Tour – Dive into the history and culture of Panama City with an included full-day tour, exploring the iconic Panama Canal and uncovering the stories behind this dynamic city.

After your chosen adventure, the evening is yours to unwind at the hotel or wander through Old Town’s vibrant streets.

Next Stop... Bocos del Toro

​Take a quick early morning flight to the islands of Bocas del Toro. Upon arrival, our guide will lead us by water taxi to an indigenous village, where you’ll experience local women’s culture, explore medicinal plants, and enjoy a traditional lunch. Try your hand at crafting handmade purses and baskets before exploring the island’s charming shops. In the evening, we’ll transfer by boat to our secluded eco-lodge. Settle in, relax beachside, and savor your first dinner in this tranquil paradise.

Relax in the Islands

Spend the next three days in pure relaxation at our serene eco-lodge, nestled on a pristine beach. This is your time to unwind, explore, and enjoy a range of complimentary beach activities at your leisure, or sign up for an adventure excursion. Sip on refreshing smoothies and drinks, indulge in daily afternoon snacks, and let the stress melt away as you soak up the tropical surroundings.

Return to Panama City

Say goodbye to our island paradise as we journey back to Bocas del Toro for a short domestic flight to Panama City. Upon arrival, join the group for an optional meal at a charming harbor-side restaurant, sharing one last dinner with your newfound friends.
