    3. We’ll build a private booking page exclusively for your group. Share it with your travelers and then relax! Our team manages sign-ups, logistics, and guest support from start to finish.

You share your vision, and we handle the details so you can actually enjoy the experience alongside your group instead of stressing over logistics.

  • It all starts with a conversation. Either fill out a quick Inquiry Form or schedule a Travel Chat to learn more about your group, goals, vision, budget, and ideal experience. From there, Cherish will guide you through the process step-by-step and begin building a custom proposal designed specifically for your community.

  • Cherish was designed for women who lead communities, businesses, and groups and want to create meaningful experiences for the people they bring together. We go beyond booking hotels and activities by intentionally curating trips that reflect your group’s values, energy, and goals while creating genuine connection through immersive experiences and thoughtful details. We also prioritize women-owned and locally owned partners so your trip creates impact beyond the trip itself.

  • Far less than planning it yourself. Most of the women we work with are already leading businesses, communities, retreats, memberships, or busy personal lives. After our initial planning conversations, Cherish handles the research, itinerary design, logistics, guest communication, booking management, and on-the-ground coordination. You stay connected to the vision and your community while we handle the moving pieces behind the scenes.

  • Absolutely. Every private trip is customized with your group, community, and goals in mind. Whether your focus is wellness, celebration, creativity, connection, women’s empowerment, or simply creating meaningful memories together, we thoughtfully design experiences that feel aligned with your values and the energy you want your group to experience.

  • That’s entirely up to you. Some hosts want to be deeply involved in facilitating the experience while others simply want to show up and enjoy the trip alongside their group. 

  • We typically recommend planning at least 6-12 months in advance, especially for larger groups or international destinations. Planning ahead allows for the best accommodations, pricing, and availability. However, if you have a shorter timeline in mind, reach out anyway. We’re always happy to explore what’s possible.

  • Absolutely. Every Cherish Private Trip is fully customized around your group’s interests, travel style, budget, and goals. Our Private Trips are for any group of 6 or more, and we’ll tailor the itinerary to create the right balance for your travelers.

  • Every trip is different, but most Cherish Private Trips include accommodations, curated experiences and excursions, in-destination transportation, select meals, trip coordination, guest support, a private booking page for your group, and personalized travel resources. We’ll walk through all inclusions clearly during the proposal process so you know exactly what to expect.

  • That’s exactly what we’re here for. You do not need to have every detail figured out before reaching out. Many of our hosts start with just a rough idea, a destination they’re considering, or simply a desire to create a meaningful experience for their group.
