Exploring Bergen
Today is a unique first glance deeper into what Norway’s beauty and culture have to offer. The morning is yours to explore Bergen as you'd like: join a guided historic walking tour through the city's UNESCO-listed streets, or lace up for a hike up Mount Ulriken for sweeping views over the harbor and surrounding fjords (both optional add-ons). In the afternoon, we'll board a private yacht for a cruise of Bergen Harbor, taking in the city's pastel-painted houses and dramatic mountain backdrop from the water, a beautiful way to close out your time in this historic port city before we head deeper into fjord country.

Head deeper into the fjords
Ride the scenic Bergen Railway past waterfalls and snow-dusted peaks, then transfer privately into Gudvangen, deep in the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord. You'll arrive on Sankthansaften, Norway's Midsummer Eve, when bonfires glow along the fjord, with an optional hike and fjordside sauna to make the most of the night.

Local farm & History Experience
This morning, we'll visit a local goat farm and cheese producer tucked into the hills above the fjord. Guests will meet the women behind the business, hear about the generations-old traditions behind their craft, and enjoy a tasting of cheese made entirely by hand, a chance to directly support local women entrepreneurs while learning about a Norwegian way of life few travelers ever see. With the rest of the day free, guests may wander over to the nearby Viking Village at their own pace, or simply relax and soak in the quiet of the fjord.

Norway’s Famous Fjords
Today will give you the sites everyone dreams of when visiting Norway. Cruise through the spectacular Nærøyfjord to Flåm, watching towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls close in around the boat, one of Norway's most breathtaking stretches of water. After some free time to explore Flåm's shops and cafés, we'll board the Flåm Railway, named a Top 10 train journey in Europe by National Geographic Traveler, for the climb up to Myrdal before continuing back toward the coast by rail. Tonight, we'll gather in Bergen for a Send-Off Dinner overlooking the fjords, one last toast together before the journey home.

Women this trip supports
Throughout our journey through Denmark and Norway, we intentionally seek out opportunities to support local communities, women entrepreneurs, and small businesses that help preserve the culture and traditions of the places we visit. Guests will sail Copenhagen's canals with a female captain, learn from a women-owned hiking company in Bergen, and meet the women behind a family-run goat farm and cheese producer in Gudvangen, learning firsthand about the traditions and craftsmanship that shape daily life in these regions.
We're also thrilled to welcome Ann-Elin, one of our longtime partners and a Norwegian-born tourism entrepreneur, who helped craft this itinerary and will travel alongside the group throughout the Norway portion of the trip.
Guests will have the opportunity to connect with the women preserving the culinary traditions, craftsmanship, and hospitality that make Denmark and Norway so special.
