  • Cherish travelers are adventurous and curious women, just like you. We embrace travelers of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life. We’re all different, but we’re united by our love of travel: we seek out immersive and unique experiences, and ways to connect with the world around us. We never settle for the status quo, and believe in self-growth at any age. We’re here to support women and cheer you along, before, during and after your trip with us. 

  • You will arrive into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for the start of your Sonoma Wine Weekend. Cherish will provide one designated group transfer from San Francisco to Sonoma on October 22 and one return transfer back to SFO on October 25.

    We recommend arriving by 3:00 PM on October 22 to join the group transfer and settle in before our Welcome Dinner. Guests joining the optional Early Arrival Add-On may arrive any time on October 21 for additional time in San Francisco.

    For departure, we recommend booking flights after 1:00 PM on October 25. Guests with later flights may also opt for a drop-off in San Francisco to enjoy more time in the city before heading home.

  • This weekend is designed to offer a relaxed pace with a balance of guided experiences, free time, and opportunities to connect with fellow travelers. While we'll spend time exploring Sonoma wine country, guests will also have plenty of time to unwind, enjoy the glamping property, browse local shops, or simply relax.

    This trip is well-suited for travelers who enjoy great food, beautiful scenery, meaningful conversation, and a slower, more intentional style of travel. Guests should be comfortable with light walking and spending time outdoors throughout the weekend.

  • Absolutely! In fact, many Cherish travelers join us on their own. Our trips are intentionally designed to make it easy to connect with other women through shared experiences, meals, and meaningful conversations throughout the journey.

    You’ll never feel pressured to be "on" all the time, and there is plenty of space for both connection and personal downtime. Whether you're arriving solo or with a friend, you'll be welcomed into a supportive and inclusive community from the moment you arrive.

  • For every Cherish trip, we provide a dedicated guide to travel alongside you for the duration of the journey. Our guides help facilitate the itinerary, coordinate with local partners, and ensure every traveler has an incredible experience. That's why we call our team Memory Creators.

    For this special Sonoma Wine Weekend, you'll be traveling alongside Aubrey, one of Cherish's dedicated Memory Creators. Aubrey will be there throughout the weekend to help coordinate the experience, facilitate connections among the group, and ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and fully enjoy your time in wine country. Along the way, you'll also meet local experts, guides, chefs, and entrepreneurs who help bring Sonoma's culture, culinary scene, and community to life.

  • The Sonoma Wine Weekend takes place October 22–25, 2026.

    Guests also have the option to join an Early Arrival Experience in San Francisco on October 21–22 for additional time to explore the city before heading to Sonoma wine country.

  • Pricing begins at $1,995 per person for a shared glamping tent experience.

    Accommodation options include:

    • Shared Glamping Tent: $1,995

    • Private Glamping Tent: $2,595

    • Private Glamping Cabin: $2,995

    To reserve your spot, we require a deposit of $500 at the time of booking. Flexible payment plans are available, allowing you to divide the remaining balance into up to 5 payments leading up to the trip. The final payment is due no later than September 21, 2026.

  • Because this is a limited-edition pop-up experience, space is extremely limited. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred accommodation option.

    Bookings will officially open on June 1st, and will be available until September 21sr or until we sell out. 

    Booking is simple through our online reservation system, where you'll be able to review accommodations, pricing, payment plan options, and trip details before confirming your spot.
