You’ll fly in and out of Mexico City International Airport (MEX). From there, our team will coordinate private airport transfers directly to our boutique hotel in Colonia Roma. All you need to do is share your flight details, and we’ll handle the rest. Our recommendation is to arrive prior to 5:00 PM on July 22nd in order to join for the Welcome Dinner.

We recommend checking government websites for official, up-to-date information on your entry requirements, but so that you have a general understanding of what to expect, you will need:
Valid passport within at least six months of expiration
Return ticket to the country of origin or the next destination to visit
Address of the place of lodging and purpose of travel
US travelers do not require a tourist visa to visit Greece
Costa Rica does NOT require any vaccinations, testing, or otherwise for entry related to Covid-19.
Please note, this list is geared toward US citizens traveling from the US. Travelers who hold a non-US passport should inquire further to gain more information about their own specific travel requirements.

For every Cherish trip, we provide a dedicated guide to travel alongside you for the duration of the trip. They are with you to not only facilitate the itinerary but also ensure you have an incredible travel experience. That's why we call our team "Memory Creators." They work with our local partners, tour operators, etc. to seamlessly create an impactful and memorable experience for your vacation.

The Mexico City trip will be hosted July 22–26, 2026.

The cost of the trip varies depending on which accommodation option you select for your experience. You are able to share with a fellow Cherish traveler or book private accommodations for your extended weekend getaway. The shared room option starts at $2,345 and the private option starts at $2,795.
To reserve your space, we require a $500 deposit. We offer up to five additional payments.

Bookings are now open for our Mexico City Experience. The deadline to book is June 19, 2026. To reserve your spot, select your room option and submit your deposit through any of the “Book Now” buttons on our trip page. Space is limited to ensure an intimate and connected experience, so we recommend booking early.
