Choose one of our ready-to-book itineraries and reserve it for your group. These itineraries are designed to showcase the very best of each destination we specialize in, perfect for friend groups, book clubs, family reunions, and communities who want an unforgettable trip together without designing it from scratch. Browse our destinations, choose the itinerary that fits your group, and send us an inquiry with your preferred dates. From there, we handle the accommodations, activities, and women-owned partnerships, so all you and your group have to do is show up.
-
This itinerary is a sample of a trip we've planned before and can be booked exactly as shown. If you'd like to customize it further, we're happy to help, custom trip planning starts with a $200 planning fee.
-
Private trips require a minimum of 6 guests, with up to 14 guests recommended for the best experience.
-
If your group is already put together, each guest pays a 20% deposit individually based on the per person cost. Travel advisors or anyone reselling this trip to their community can hold the itinerary with a $1,000 trip commitment fee while they build their group. The remaining balance is spread across scheduled payments leading up to your trip (see our payment plan question below).
-
The estimated pricing shown is per person. If you'd prefer to cover the full trip cost for your group, we're happy to accommodate that.
-
Pricing is based on your committed group size, so if your final count falls below that, pricing will need to be adjusted accordingly.
-
This trip is hosted exclusively for your group, so the dates are entirely up to you.

For groups who are already put together, we recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. Travel advisors and anyone reselling this trip to their community should plan for at least 6 months to build their group. Our calendar is limited by design, so the earlier you reach out, the more flexibility you'll have with dates and availability.

Direct flights are available into Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ), approximately one hour from Santa Fe. Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) is also an option.
-
Santa Fe is beautiful nearly year-round thanks to its high desert climate, but spring and fall offer the most comfortable temperatures for exploring outdoors, with mild days and cool evenings.
-
We recommend checking government websites for official, up-to-date information on your entry requirements, but so you have a general understanding of what to expect, you will likely need:
A valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining beyond your travel dates
No tourist visa for U.S. citizens traveling to Spain for fewer than 90 days within a 180-day period
Proof of onward or return travel
Information about your accommodations and purpose of travel
ETIAS travel authorization, if required by the time of your trip
Spain is part of the Schengen Area, which currently allows U.S. citizens to visit for tourism for up to 90 days within a 180-day period without a visa.
ETIAS, Europe's upcoming travel authorization system for visa-exempt travelers, was originally expected to launch in late 2026, though that timeline has since been pushed back, with 2027 now the more likely window. Because Ready to Book Private Trip dates are set by your group, we recommend confirming ETIAS requirements closer to your departure date. ETIAS is not a visa, but an electronic travel authorization linked to your passport.
Please note, this list is geared toward U.S. citizens traveling from the United States. Travelers holding a non-U.S. passport should research their own specific entry requirements before booking.

Our New Mexico trip is a relaxed, art and wellness-focused escape into Santa Fe's high desert, balancing gallery culture, local cuisine, and plenty of built-in downtime. We expect all travelers to be respectful of local cultures, traditions, community spaces, and the people who welcome us into their restaurants, galleries, and wellness spaces throughout the journey.
This trip includes a mix of gallery walks, a guided yoga and meditation practice, a group wellness class, and food and drink tastings. Travelers should be comfortable walking around Canyon Road's galleries, participating in a group yoga session, and spending time at Santa Fe's elevation of over 7,000 feet, which can feel different than sea level for some guests.
Please inquire further or schedule a call with us if you have any questions about whether this trip is the right fit for you.
